We are GroupThink Net Inc (“us”, “we”, or “our”), and we operate the www.groupthinq.com website through which we provide online business intelligence platform services (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).

This Policy outlines how we collect, use and disclose your personal information when you use our Service or visit our website. Personal information means information about an identifiable individual, that alone or in combination with other information, can be used to identify an individual.

The Service is intended to be used by businesses for managing certain aspects of their operations. In particular, if we know the province you are operating in, we can tailor timesheets for your timezone.

Analytics

We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service, such as Google Analytics. Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the information collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This information is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected information to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity. Payments

We use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors) when a purchase is part of the Service requested by you. We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.

Groupthinq is a business-to-business service intended to be used by businesses only, and not individuals who are under the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside. We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. In furtherance of this commitment, we restrict the use of our website and Service to persons eighteen (18) years of age or older. We do not knowingly or intentionally collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen (13).

CALIFORNIA USERS

If you are a California resident, you have the right to request information from us regarding the manner in which we share certain categories of your personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing uses. California law provides that you have the right to submit a request to us at our email address in order to receive information on the categories of customer information that we shared and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared customer information for the immediately prior calendar year. To obtain this information, please send an email message to support@groupthinq.com with “Request for California Privacy Information” in the subject line and in the body of your message. We will provide the requested information to you in your email address in response.

Please be aware that not all information sharing is covered by the “Shine the Light” requirements and only information on covered sharing will be included in our response.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
