We are GroupThink Net Inc (“us”, “we”, or “our”), and we operate the website through which we provide online business intelligence platform services (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).

In particular, if we know the province you are operating in, we can tailor timesheets for your timezone.

We use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors) when a purchase is part of the Service requested by you. We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Groupthinq is a business-to-business service intended to be used by businesses only, and not individuals who are under the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside. We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. In furtherance of this commitment, we restrict the use of our website and Service to persons eighteen (18) years of age or older. We do not knowingly or intentionally collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen (13).


If you are a California resident, you have the right to request information from us regarding the manner in which we share certain categories of your personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing uses. California law provides that you have the right to submit a request to us at our email address in order to receive information on the categories of customer information that we shared and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared customer information for the immediately prior calendar year.
