Look for some major updates to GroupThinq’s invoices in December 2017. You will soon be able to select from several invoice formats including multi-page format for longer work descriptions. The new invoice formats are being driven by our upcoming integration with Quickbooks Online (QBO) which we hope to roll out sometime in 2019.
We’ve updated our expense section on the invoice to better reflect integration with other accounting platforms.
You’ll also notice we’ve added the ability to add a signature in case you want to send invoices directly from GroupThinq. Future updates will include online payment abilities right in GroupThinq as well as a host of other features.
You may have noticed we also recently added a “Summary” tab at the top of the invoice so you can see a summary of all invoices for every project. Also recently added was the ability to save the invoice as a “Draft” so you can come back later and finish the invoice. When you save as a draft, a notification will not be sent to your accounting department or controller. Don’t forget to save your draft invoices as final invoices when you are done!9
